Trust is the outcome
of design done right--
over time.

I began my career as a hands-on designer in San Diego, responsible not just for the concept but also for the execution. That foundation gave me a lasting respect for the people and processes behind creative work. It also shaped the creative pragmatism I carry into leadership, an approach grounded in craft, clarity, and follow-through.

Over the next two decades, I grew from individual contributor to executive leader. I learned that helping others creates impact in the moment, while leading others shapes what becomes possible. At adidas, I spent over 15 years guiding the evolution of key categories and, eventually, the global brand itself. I worked across identity, retail, digital, packaging, motion, events, and product storytelling. My career has centered on building and leading teams, both large and small, through high-impact work in basketball, running, and personalization.

Highlights include taking over Las Vegas for NBA All-Star Weekend, launching the identity and campaign for Derrick Rose, and helping bring Boost to market, one of the brand’s most successful footwear innovations. As Senior Director and later Vice President of Global Brand Design, I led a 60-person cross-functional team across three global locations and seven business units. Together we scaled brand systems, developed integrated campaign strategies, and embedded clarity and equity into global design frameworks.

Design, to me, is a business tool. It connects brands to people, aligns teams around a shared vision, and builds trust through consistency and creativity over time. Everything runs on trust and you can’t scale anything without it.
