As the Boost franchise scaled and expanded beyond running into new sport categories, the business needed a fixture solution that could keep pace. The goal was a modular, flexible program that could establish a clear shop-in-shop footprint across both wholesale doors and select owned retail accounts, while minimizing custom build-out costs and complexity. The system needed to be versatile enough to flex across retail environments without sacrificing brand presence or in-store legibility.
MiCoach Modular Wholesale Display
Launching the miCoach Pacer into wholesale presented a unique merchandising challenge. The display needed to work hard across multiple product types simultaneously, housing performance footwear, the miCoach electronic device, and shoppable packaging within a single fixture footprint. Equally important was versatility in placement. The solution had to function seamlessly whether deployed on a traditional slatwall or as a freestanding tabletop unit, giving wholesale accounts the flexibility to integrate it into existing floor sets without requiring dedicated real estate or custom installation.
Kevin Durant Sponsorship Pitch
To support the pursuit of Kevin Durant as a signature athlete, the team conceived a fully immersive boutique experience designed to bring his custom product range to life. The concept required sourcing and securing a raw space in Oklahoma City, then transforming it into a fully branded retail environment in under 30 days. Custom fixtures and graphics were developed specifically for the space, striking a balance between a credible retail setting and a polished presentation environment. The result was a turnkey experience built to make a statement at the moment it mattered most.
